Work

Keep
swimmers in designated areas of the pool, keep parents off
bulk heads and other areas of the deck. |

Training
at the beginning of each session. Involves paying close
attention to each event, accurately using stop watch, back-
up button for Colorado and recording times on clip board |

HEAD
TIMER |
Keep control of two stop watches in case any one of the
actual timers may have a problem with their watches. |

RUNNER
|
Take
score sheets from Colorado/Timers to office for data to
be entered, checked and results finalized. |

|
STAGING
8&U |
Keep
track of swim events for the 8 & U’s. (Line the swimmers
up per lane per heat.) Many of our young swimmers feel
“lost” at the meets and this is an easy, rewarding way to
keep the meet running smoothly. |

Collect
